How can I make my apparel last longer?

Our products are crafted to endure, but proper care will extend their life and preserve the print quality.

Washing Instructions

1.Turn inside out: Protect the printed area by turning your t-shirts inside out before washing.

2.Cold water wash: Use cold water (at or below 30°C) to prevent fading or shrinkage.

3.Delicate cycle:Opt for a delicate cycle (ideally around 600 rpm) to minimise friction.

4.Mild detergent: Use a mild detergent to preserve the print quality.

5.Avoid fabric softener and dry cleaning: These can damage the ink and fabric.

6.Do not tumble dry: Air drying is best to maintain the integrity of the print and fabric.

How should I care for my mugs?

Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Colour Inside are microwave and dishwasher-safe. However, to ensure the print and coating last even longer, we recommend hand-washing them.

When will I get my order?

We typically take 3-7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times vary based on your location and the type of t-shirt:

Europe: 6-8 business days
Australia: 2-14 business days
Japan: 4-8 business days
International: 10-20 business days

Returns & Exchanges

At Jolly Good Threads, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any item for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

What items are non-returnable?

Returns are not accepted for custom-made or limited edition products. These custom products are personalised specifically for you and are not suitable for resale. We can only accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective custom items.

How do I get a refund for a damaged or incorrect item?

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

We do not offer direct exchanges for different sizes or colours. If you're unsure about sizing, please refer to our sizing charts available in each item's product description section. In the rare event that an item you ordered is mislabelled, contact us at: contact@jollygoodthreads.com within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabelled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund.
